CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES:

2K Acrylic made from high quality material and finest type of acrylic resins and best types of solvents and additives to give high performance, high gloss, fast drying, high resistance to conditions and weather conditions, high resistance to chemicals and solvents.

PRODUCTS FOR APPLICATION:

• 2K acrylic
• 2K hardener
• 2K thinner

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES:

• Polyester Putty
• 2K filler
• Super mix 2K acrylic

MIXING RATIO by VOLUME %:

SPRAY VISCOSITY:

16 – 18 second ford no.4

DILUTION:

Add 30% acrylic thinner T60

PROCESS:

• Apply 2 full coats recommended by dry film thickness is 50-60 microns.
• Flash off time 5-10 minutes between coats, 20 minutes before baking.

DILUTION:

• Density: 1 – 1.30 gm/cm³
• Viscosity: 250-300 sec 25⁰C

DRYING TIME: At 25⁰C

PACKAGING:

1 Litre and 4 Litres

SHELF LIFE:

5 years at 25⁰C
