CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES:

Quick Universal One – Pack Primer – Filler for spot and panel repairs as for complete resprays of vehicles suitable for both dry and wet flatting.

APPLICATION MATERIALS:

• Nitrocellulose combination

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES AND SURFACE PREPARATION:

This product can be applied directly to:

• Bar Steel surfaces
• Polyester Putty
• Old Paint Coatings
• Wood Surfaces
• NC Putty
• All wash primer and wash fillers

SURFACE PREPARATION

Follow degreasing glat with the following sandpaper grades

• P400: to wet (mechanically or manually)
• P280: to dry flat (mechanically or manually)

MIXING RATIO

SPRAY VISCOSITY:

18-22 second ford cup no.4

PROCESS:

Apply 2 or 3 single coats, allowing for a flash-off time 5-10 minutes between coats.

SPRAY GUN FLUID TIP AND WORKING PRESSURE 

FILM THICKNESS: 15-20 microns for one coat

DRYING TIME: Dry to flat

RECOMMENDED SANDPAPER GRADES:

If wet flatted (manually/mechanically)

If dry flatted (manually/mechanically)

RECOATABLE WITH: Nitrocellulose topcoats

PACKAGING: 1 Ltr and 1 kg.

COLOR:

White, Grey and Yellow

SHELF LIFE:

2 years at 20°C
