CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES:

It’s an acrylic clear coat varnish for car refinishing. It is formulated from high-quality acrylic resins, solvents, and additives which provide excellent gloss and give fast drying and perfect mechanical properties.

PRODUCTS FOR APPLICATION

• Clear coat H.S
• Hardener
• 2K Acrylic thinner

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES:

• Car repair, especially for applying over a basecoat
• Steel surfaces

MIXING RATIO by VOLUME%:

SPRAY VISCOSITY:

16 – 18 second ford No. 4

DILUTION:

Add 30% acrylic thinner

PROCESS:

• It is suitable for application over both vertical and horizontal surfaces
• It is applied in 2 coats by spraying. Allow flash-off time between coats (5-10 minutes).

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

• Density: 1 ± 0.02 gm/cm³
• Viscosity for HS clear coat: 1.25 ± 10 sec. Ford cup No. 4 at 25⁰C
• Viscosity for MS clear coat: 2.25 ± 10 sec. Ford cup No. 4 at 25⁰C

 DRYING TIME: At 25⁰C

PACKAGING:

1 Litre and 0.5 Litre

COLOR:

Transparent

SHELF LIFE:

3 years at 25⁰C
