CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES:

Cremix Basecoat is made from high-quality material the finest types of acrylic resins and the best types of solvents and additives to give high performance.

PRODUCTS FOR APPLICATION:

• Basecoat
• Metallic thinner

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES:

• Polyester Putty
• 2K filler
• Basecoat

MIXING RATIO by VOLUME %:

SPRAY VISCOSITY:

16 – 18 second ford no.4

PROCESS:

• Apply 2 full coats recommended by dry film thickness is 15-20 microns.
• Flash off time 5-10 minutes between coats.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

• Density: 1 ±02 gm/cm³
• Viscosity: 150-200 sec 25⁰C

DRYING TIME: At 25⁰C

PACKAGING:

1 Litre and 3.7 Litres

COLOR:

According to color chat

SHELF LIFE:

5 years at 25⁰C
