CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES:

It is a single-component alkyd-base coating that cures by oxidation. Quick-drying paints are economical industrial enamel. It is fast-drying and easy to apply.

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES

Suitable for industrial structures and premises finish painting.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surface must be dry, clean, and free from contaminants.
• Remove oil, grease, dirt, and other contaminants by solvent cleaning.

MIXING RATIO:

SPRAY VISCOSITY

By using the recommended thinner:

Application viscosity: -20-25 seconds Ford Cup 4 @ 30°C

PROCESS

Apply 2 coats with a spray gun. Recoat time: at least 30 minutes air dry.

SPRAY GUN FLUID TIP AND WORKING PRESSURE

FILM THICKNESS: From 20 to 30 microns for one coat

DRYING TIME: At 25°C

PACKAGING:   Available in 4 Liters and 15 Liters

COLOR: According to the color chart

SHELF LIFE: 2 years from the date of manufacturing at 25°C

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. Avoid contact with skin and eye
2. Proper ventilation is provided in the application area
3. Use masks, safety shoes, goggles, and hand gloves
