CHARACTERISTIC PROPERTIES:

High-quality two-pack polyester putty to fill dents and surface irregularities of steel and wood surfaces.

APPLICATION MATERIALS:

• Polyester Putty
• Hardener/Peroxide

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES AND SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Steel surface
• Primer-surface

SURFACE PREPARATION

Polyester putty is used directly on steel; the surface is prepared by sanding it well with sandpaper no. 180-80, washing, using Thinner, to be ready to apply the putty.

MIXING RATIO

100 parts by weight of the putty.

2 parts by weight of the hardener.

POT LIFE:

When mixed, 3-4 minutes at 25°C

• Polyester Putty (Heavy): 1.7 – 1.8gm/cm³
• Polyester Putty (Light):1.2 ± 0.1gm/cm³

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

In solvent, N.C. thinner.

DRYING TIME: Dry to Flat

RECOMMENDED SANDPAPER GRADES:

For dry mechanical flatting, P80-P180.

PACKAGING: 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, and special packing.

COLOR:

Gray, Yellow, and Off-White
